It's worth noting that this compilation consists almost entirely of remixes which, as a general rule, have been used on all subsequent compilations. Some of them have subtle differences while some are more extreme.

A few that come to mind are:
Willie The Weeper - some of the chatter at the end ("pass the joint!", etc.) has been removed. The original mix (at least on the CD I have) clips the banjo note at the end. The note is not clipped here.
Some of Shelley's Blues - The song fades early. On the Uncle Charlie LP, there's an edit around 2:30 where it seems like another drum track is punched in. This transition has been smoothed out in this remix.
Randy Lynn Rag - The original mix has a voice yelling "shut up!" and the song immediately begins. In this remix, a second voice can be heard saying "shut up" before the song begins.
Sixteen Tracks - Dry mix with the crowd noise removed.
Fish Song - The song comes to a cold end (tape can be heard running out) while the sound effects continue.
Bayou Jubilee/Sally Was a Goodun - A ride cymbal is heard in the intro of Bayou Jubilee. The ending of the song has the first fifteen seconds of Sally Was a Goodun grafted onto it, which begins fading out immediately.

There are also several new songs on the album, recorded after Jimmy Ibbotson's departure. Some of these were issued on singles as by The Dirt Band.
