Please Help!!!!I found a 1957 Fantasia book but in it are Buena Vista Records with unusal engravings in the dead wax.Ex: UK flag 101-WK-178-REC 3 SIDE 4 PASTORALUK Flag 101-WK-278-REC 2 SIDE 5 "HOURS"That is exactly what is written. Hand engraved. Reason I can tell it's hand engraved is the same WK on each record, on each side is differently written. Some lines match up on the W, some lines over lap on the other W...If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it. As I've spent hours looking online with no results
I believe I have one very similar to yours. . side 1 has ; stamped A, uk flag, 101-wk-178-rec-1 side 1. toccata. Nutcrackerside 6 (flip side of side 1) has; stamped A. UK flag 101-wk-rec1 - side 6. BALD MTN. AVE MARIA
Don't know if you've found the answers you were looking for, but for what it's worth, my 3-Lp French language set has:30 WDX 21 / 22 / 23 / 24 / 25 / 26 on each of the respective 6 sides ???? The records are from 1957, medium-dark red labels (silver text) and front cover logo reading Disneyland Production Véga. I assume your ref. to "Hours" means 'Dance of the Hours'. My records do not mention the work in any way other than in the usual way on the label itself and of course in the accompanying book.
My set is similar but with different words at the end of each engraving.
